The June 2010 Executive Committee & Trustees Meeting featured a presentation by The Segal Company’s Ed Kaplan about the impact of 2010’s health care reform legislation available here. Mr. Kaplan also created a follow-up presentation for the JLMC.


The April 2011 meeting included a presentation by Josh Shapiro from the National Coordinating Committee for Multiemployer Plans about the challenges facing multiemployer pension and health and welfare plans. The Segal Company’s Ed Kaplan also presented information about the effects of recent health care reform laws.
